Exit My Solar Deal · Questions: ceo@exitmysolardeal.com · (214) 810-3131
The short version: you buy one package of two educational workbooks, built from the solar papers you give us — a do-it-yourself action workbook and a detailed findings workbook. We are not a law firm, and nobody can promise you an outcome. With this purchase, you get 3 business days to cancel for a full refund. The sections below are the full terms, and they are what controls.
In these terms, "the Company", "we", and "us" mean Exit My Solar Deal, a Texas business. "You" means the person using this website or buying the package. By using this website or buying the package, you accept these terms. If you sign a workbook purchase agreement with us, that agreement also applies to your purchase, and where it speaks to your purchase, it controls.
Exit My Solar Deal sells one package of personalised educational workbooks in digital form to U.S. consumers, always containing both workbooks: a do-it-yourself action workbook and a detailed findings workbook, compiled from documents the customer provides, using a standardised methodology applied uniformly to every order, containing checklists, worksheets, and sample correspondence templates for the customer's own use. The package is a digital good. Each book is delivered by email within 3–5 business days of purchase; delivery occurs after the 3-day cancellation window closes. We are a publisher and retailer of educational workbooks. We do not provide consulting, legal, financial, debt-relief, claims-management, or home-improvement services; we do not contact lenders or any third party on a customer's behalf, negotiate, or represent customers, and we promise no outcomes. We make no referrals to, and have no connection with, any specific law firm; the detailed workbook is an edition the customer may hand to a law firm they choose themselves.
Exit My Solar Deal is not a law firm. This service is not legal advice, a legal service, or representation. Nobody at the Company is your attorney, and nothing we provide creates an attorney-client relationship between you and the Company. The service is also not tax advice and not financial advice, and it is not credit repair, a lawsuit, or debt management.
Nobody can promise you an outcome. We do not promise that you will get out of your solar deal, that a loan or contract will be canceled, that a lien or filing will be removed, that you will get money back, or that you will reach any other specific result. Any score or grade in your review describes what was found in your documents and how well it is documented — it is not a prediction of what will happen.
You must be 18 or older to buy the package. You may buy it for yourself, or for a household member whose papers they are, when you have the authority to act. The information you give us must be accurate to the best of your knowledge and as complete as you can make it. Our review is built only on the papers and statements you provide: we do not verify that documents are authentic, and we cannot find problems in papers we were never given. Keep your own copies of everything you send us.
We sell one workbook package. It includes both books: "Your Actions" — the short book you work from yourself — and "The In-Depth Version" — the long, detailed findings book. One purchase, one payment, both books. The price is set by the Company and is shown to you before you pay; it may change for future purchases. The price shown in your agreement or at your checkout is the whole price of the package — there is nothing else to pay us later.
Payments are processed by Stripe. You may pay by card, and, where it is offered at checkout, with Klarna or Afterpay. We never see, receive, or store your full card number — Stripe handles the card details and sends us a confirmation of what was paid. Klarna is separate financing provided by Klarna, not by us: Klarna decides whether to approve you and sets your installments and terms under its own agreement with you, and your payments on a Klarna plan go to Klarna. Afterpay is separate financing provided by Afterpay, not by us: Afterpay decides whether to approve you and sets your installments and terms under its own agreement with you, and your payments on an Afterpay plan go to Afterpay. The Company is not a lender and does not set Klarna's or Afterpay's terms. If a tax applies to your purchase, it will be shown or added as the law requires. If a payment is declined or fails, no purchase is made and no delivery is scheduled. By paying, you authorize the charge shown to you at checkout.
Your workbooks are built by our back office after your payment is confirmed. Each book is delivered by email within 3–5 business days of purchase; delivery occurs after the 3-day cancellation window closes. Delivery is complete when the email carrying your book is sent — the books arrive as PDF attachments, together with a link to the same workbook as a web page (the reading copy), which opens once your delivery has been sent. Your part: give us an email address that works, check your inbox and your spam folder, and tell us promptly at ceo@exitmysolardeal.com or (214) 810-3131 if your workbooks have not arrived.
For this purchase, you have the right to cancel within 3 business days — a right written into your purchase agreement and honored on every purchase, however the sale was made (by phone or online). It is the same window that federal law (the FTC Cooling-Off Rule, 16 C.F.R. Part 429) and Texas law (Chapter 601 of the Texas Business & Commerce Code) give buyers in sales made at their home. Your exact deadline is shown in your agreement and in the app at signing. To cancel, send written notice to ceo@exitmysolardeal.com before midnight on that deadline. A cancellation sent in time is refunded in full to your original payment method.
This is a book product: two workbooks. Each book is delivered by email within 3–5 business days of purchase; delivery occurs after the 3-day cancellation window closes. You may cancel for a full refund until midnight on your cancellation deadline (3 business days, stated in your agreement). After that deadline, all sales are final and no refunds are given, including after delivery.
If your bank or card issuer reverses a payment (a chargeback), we treat that payment as refunded: access to the workbooks that payment bought ends.
Accounts on this website exist only for the business owner and the business partner. If you hold an account, keep your password secret, do not share your sign-in, and tell us at once if you believe someone else has used it; you are responsible for activity under your sign-in. Homeowners do not need an account — everything runs by phone and online.
Acceptable use: do not use this website for anything unlawful; do not misrepresent who you are; do not interfere with the service or try to reach information that is not yours; do not submit documents or recordings you have no right to share; and do not use a workbook to harass anyone or to make claims the review did not make.
The workbook format, templates, letters, and the content of this website belong to the Company and are protected by law. Your own documents and personal information remain yours — we claim no ownership of them — and by providing them you give us permission to use them to perform your review and to keep the records described in the Privacy Policy. Your delivered workbook is licensed to you personally: you may print it, keep it, use it for your own case, and share it with your lawyer, your advisors, or family who are helping you. You may not sell it, post it publicly, or copy it for other people's cases.
The workbooks and this website are provided "as is" and "as available", to the fullest extent the law allows, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that a review will find every issue in a set of papers, or that following any step will produce a particular result — both depend on the papers provided and on the companies and agencies on the other side.
To the fullest extent Texas law allows, the Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — for example, a delayed home sale, or a decision a lender or agency makes about you. The Company's total responsibility for any claim about the workbooks or this website is capped at the total amount you paid the Company in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
To the extent the law allows, you agree to cover the Company against claims and costs that arise from materials you provided (for example, a recording you had no right to share), from your misuse of a workbook (for example, changing a letter to say things the review did not find), or from your breaking these terms.
These terms and your purchase are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Where a court action is permitted, it must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you agree to those courts' authority over the dispute. If you signed a workbook purchase agreement with us, its terms about how disputes are decided apply to your purchase and control if they differ from this section.
We may update these terms. Updates are posted on this page with a new effective date and apply to future purchases; a purchase already made is governed by your agreement and the terms in place when you bought. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still stands. These terms, together with any agreement you signed, are the entire agreement between us about your purchase.
