Exit My Solar Deal is not a law firm. Nothing here — not the workbooks, not anything anyone speaking for the Company says — is legal advice, a legal service, or representation. Nobody here is your attorney and no attorney-client relationship is created with the Company. If you want legal advice, hire a licensed attorney in your state. The In-Depth Version is the detailed findings edition, made for your own use.
Exit My Solar Deal sells one package of personalised educational workbooks in digital form to U.S. consumers, always containing both workbooks: a do-it-yourself action workbook and a detailed findings workbook, compiled from documents the customer provides, using a standardised methodology applied uniformly to every order, containing checklists, worksheets, and sample correspondence templates for the customer's own use. The package is a digital good. Each book is delivered by email within 3–5 business days of purchase; delivery occurs after the 3-day cancellation window closes. We are a publisher and retailer of educational workbooks. We do not provide consulting, legal, financial, debt-relief, claims-management, or home-improvement services; we do not contact lenders or any third party on a customer's behalf, negotiate, or represent customers, and we promise no outcomes. We make no referrals to, and have no connection with, any specific law firm; the detailed workbook is an edition the customer may hand to a law firm they choose themselves.
Nothing in the workbooks or on this site is tax advice or financial advice. For those questions, talk to a qualified tax or financial professional.
Nobody can promise that a solar loan, lease, or PPA will be canceled, that a lien or filing will be removed, that money will be refunded, or that any complaint, dispute, or letter will succeed. We do not make those promises, and no one speaking for us is allowed to. A review score describes what was found in the documents and how well it is documented — it is not a prediction.
What can be done depends on your own papers, your own facts, the companies on the other side of your deal, and the law that applies to it. A step that fits one homeowner's case may not fit another's — including yours. That is why the workbook is built from your documents and no one else's.
The sample workbook on this site shows the format of a workbook and the kind of content one contains. It is an example built from one case. It is not a promise of what your review will find, of how many issues your papers hold, or of what will happen in your case.
Installers, lenders, and servicers named in a review are your own counterparties — the companies on your own documents. Naming a company from your papers is not an accusation by us, and it is not an endorsement of any other company.
